Windows 10: Snip & Sketch crashes when closing ruler on maximum zoom level

Hi,Since, I don't know why, discussions are closed for Snip & Sketch crashes when opening ruler on maximum zoom level question, I create a new quite similar question, there is the same behavior crash also when closing ruler, same as other one it is very easy to reproduceress Windows + Maj + S to do a snip,Click on snip on notification to open snip & sketch software,Open ruler,Zoom at max,Close ruler: application crashes.Both are very unfortunate because always reproducible and may lead to a lost of a lot of work on annotations, highlights or other "embellish" on screenshots.Anybody

Snip & Sketch crashes when opening ruler on maximum zoom level

Hi,

On different computers on Windows 10, I systematically have a crash when opening Snip & Sketch, zooming max on image and opening ruler, to reproduce:

• Press Windows + Maj + S to do a snip,
  
• Click on "Snip saved to clipboard. Select here to mark up and share the image" notification: Snip & Sketch opens:
  
  
  
  
• Zoom to max then click on ruler icon:
  
  
  
  
• Application freezes then close (all Snip & Sketch windows if your have more than one open too).
  

Is it a know issue ? Will it be fixed soon ?

I understand that the Snip & Sketch app crashes when zooming in;

What exactly is the model and manufacturer of your video card?

Initially I recommend that you check if you are updated with the latest version of Windows 10;

Press Windows key + i and go to Update and Security;

Click Check for updates and do ALL pending updates;

Update Microsoft Store apps;

Open the store and click on Library;

Click on Get updates and wait for all apps to be updated;

Try repairing and resetting the Snip & Sketch app;

Press Windows key + i and go to Applications;

Select Snip & Sketch and go to Advanced Options;

Scroll down and click on repair;

Click reset;

Open the application and check if the problem persists;

Snip & Sketch crashes when using ruler

Hi, Ive been using snip and sketch lately and have a problem that is making me very angry. Whenever i take a screenshot and try to open the ruler most times the app just crashes. I have a lenevo 720.
