    Snip tool not working properly issue


    Good day. I've recently upgraded to windows 11 and everything is working correctly except for the Snip & Sketch app, the snipping tool. Whenever I use the shortcut to take a rectangle snip, I run the issue of the whole screens not being highlighted, but just a chunk of them.I run a triple monitor setup, left and right ones are 1920x1080 and middle one is 2560x1440. What could fix this? I tried repairing the app and also reinstalling it but nothing worked.

    • Click "New"

    Snipping Tool stopped working

    Hi Rick,

    To resolve your concern about the issue, please follow the steps below:

    • Right click on the Task Bar, and select
      Task Manager      .
    • Look for Snipping Tool, and click the End task button.
