    sniping tool is broken in w11


    When I run the snipping tool, I click new, and get the following message:A problem with Windows is preventing Screen Snipping from opening. Refreshing your PC might help fix it.How do I resolve this?

    Will Sniping Tool work with Windows 10? I upgraded before and deleted because I couldn't use Sniping Tool.
