Windows 10: SNIPPING TOOL ACTS LIKE IT TOOK THE DEISRED SNIP BUT NEVER DISPLAYS IT AND THE FILE THT IT...

I use the snipping tool several times a day for work. Up until the last windows update install less than 24hrs ago my snipping tool functioned perfectly ever since the latest update is starts darkens the screen and acts like it snipping correctly the little gear turns and then , NothingI have restarted my computer, uninstalled and install the snipping tool app 2 or 3 times and nothing. Actually, every so often it works but not very often.I run multiple monitors and Windows 11 Pro 64 bitI need my snip tool back and what is the purpose of a update that takes a functioning app and makes it not w

Please try this:

Step 1:

Click Start, and type Snipping Tool.

Right-click Snipping Tool from the search results, and click App Settings

Click Reset,

Click Repair.

Note: In Windows 11, there is no Snip and Sketch. It comes pre-installed with the new Snipping Tool (which replaces the old Snipping Tool and Snip & Sketch apps)

Step 2:

Turn off Focus assist if it's enabled

Step 3:

Open Services.msc and make sure that the following services are set to "Automatic" and running:

• Windows Push Notifications System Service
  
• Windows Push Notifications User Service

Screen snip not displaying snips

hi,

I'm using Win10 Enterprise LTSC, I have been using Screen snip and it works well, but today when I take a snip the snip is not displayed, I've tried rebooting but this didn't make any difference, I checked Apps and Features and screen snip is not listed in it. The steps I took are: Click on Action Centre, select Screen snip, the screen snip icon appears on the top of the screen, screen goes grey and cursor turns into a crosshair, I select the area for the snip but nothing happens, the screen snip application should launch but it doesn't. Any ideas how to fix this?
