Windows 10: Snipping Tool, Ballpoint Pen always starts the first time off the snip to where the mouse...

Started a few weeks ago?I'm on this version and took a screen shot with it and went to mark with the Ball Point Pen the line that shows it:I can ERASE ALL INK and then until I open the app again, it works fine?I've terminated all parts of it and restarted, same problem.I've RESET it, tried again, same problem.I've Uninstalled and Reinstalled from the Store, same problem.I am using an Nvidia Game Ready driver, V 531.41 released on 3/23/2023 and the problem existed before this. I just don't know the exact date it started, but it has been awhile. Can't find any similar complaints like this either

Please try this:

Step 1:

Click Start, and type Snipping Tool.

Right-click Snipping Tool from the search results, and click App Settings

Click Reset,

Click Repair.

Note: In Windows 11, there is no Snip and Sketch. It comes pre-installed with the new Snipping Tool (which replaces the old Snipping Tool and Snip & Sketch apps)

Step 2:

Turn off Focus assist if it's enabled

Step 3:

Open Services.msc and make sure that the following services are set to "Automatic" and running:

• Windows Push Notifications System Service
  
• Windows Push Notifications User Service

CNTrL+P doesnt work? Fullscreen snipping tool, then when finished CNTRL+P?

fyi, tpucapture used to be pretty similar to the snipping tool fwiw
