Windows 10: Snipping tool - can't remove keybind, or stop snipping tool at all.

Hello. I just reinstalled windows on my new SSD drive and now my snipping till has a shortcut of the key F8. It used to be only Windows Button + SHIFT + S...Now its both F8 and Windows Button + SHIFT + SI really cannot have F8 as my keybind for snipping tool as its interfering with other stuff.How can i either turn off snipping tool entirely, or disable that keybind?What i've done:- right click snipping tool and cleared shortcut keybinds there.- went in to group policy editor -> admin templates -> windows components -> Tablet PC -> accessories -> Do not allow snipping tool to ru

Please try this:

Step 1:

Click Start, and type Snipping Tool.

Right-click Snipping Tool from the search results, and click App Settings

Click Reset,

Click Repair.

Note: In Windows 11, there is no Snip and Sketch. It comes pre-installed with the new Snipping Tool (which replaces the old Snipping Tool and Snip & Sketch apps)

Step 2:

Turn off Focus assist if it's enabled

Step 3:

Open Services.msc and make sure that the following services are set to "Automatic" and running:

• Windows Push Notifications System Service
  
• Windows Push Notifications User Service

i know you can manually use the old one, but is there a way to make it default the windows+shift+s keybind? so when i press that it will use the old snipping tool instead of snip and sketch?
