  1. Snipping Tool conflict with Shift+F3

Hi guys.I use a Lenovo ThinkPad Carbon X1 with Windows 10 22H2Processor IntelR CoreTM i7-10710U CPU @ 1.10GHz 1.61 GHz RAM 16.0 GBThis morning, I typed a sentence in Word and it was all Caps.So as usual, I pressed Shift + F3 to toggle caps to lowercase, etc.My 3 screens were selected with 3 yellow rectangles around them.I don't use Snipping Tools. At all.I use PrintScreen and Paint and I've done it for years so a couple of seconds and its done. But I use the Shift+F3 often because I'm not a keyboard fast user so I look at my keybord while typing.I'm fast but not as fast as somebo
