Windows 10: Snipping tool doesn't seem to be working !

Discus and support Snipping tool doesn't seem to be working ! in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Snipping tool is not working properly . The default folder is set to onedrive.     Snipping tool doesn't seem to be working !


    Snipping tool is not working properly . The default folder is set to onedrive. User has local administrative rights . whenever try to snip it from "New button " on snipping tool , its not copying to clipboard at all . IF I try to do it through short cut , its copying . but still had to go to folder right click and open the file .

    Snipping Tool Doesn't Work: My Snipping Tool stopped working today. When I do the shortcut for it, Win+Shift+S, there is a little blue loading spinner next to my cursor for about a second. It then goes away, and doesn't let me take a screenshot. The same thing happens when I press PrtSc on my keyboard....
