Windows 10: Snipping tool doesn't work properly with Logo - Shift - S

But works fine if I type snip in the search box and select the app that way. Windows 11.If I start the app from the search, it brings up this dialog box that has a button for "New" and other options across the top. If I press "New," I get the little box with the rectangle selected in red. After I selection what I want to snip, Windows gives me a dialog box that lets me save the snip.But if I use Logo - Shift - S or set the print screen key as a shortcut Windows bypasses the first screen and immediately shows the second, with the rectangle selected in red. But after I select what I want to

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Your post is unclear. Please post a step-by-step description of what you are doing, e.g. like so:

• Open the snipping tool
• Click "New"

If your Snipping Tool isn't working correctly, you could try resetting it. Here are the steps to do so:

- Click Start and type "apps & features".

- Select Apps & Features.

- Find the Snipping Tool (or Snip & Sketch) in the list and select it.

- Click Advanced Options

- Click Reset.

After you've done this, try rebooting and using the Snipping Tool again.
