    Snipping Tool Doesn't Work


    My Snipping Tool stopped working today. When I do the shortcut for it, Win+Shift+S, there is a little blue loading spinner next to my cursor for about a second. It then goes away, and doesn't let me take a screenshot. The same thing happens when I press PrtSc on my keyboard. I know that this is a software issue, not hardware most likely. It was working yesterday, so I don't know. This has happened before, and it fixed itself after a couple of days, but I would like to know how to fix this so that I can use the Snipping Tool. I tried repairing and resetting the app, but that didn't change anyth
