  1. Snipping Tool for Windows 11 is a Terrible Experience / Downgrade

I thought the Snipping Tool was the greatest Utility Microsoft created in a long while, till Windows 11. There is no ability to share to whomever I want by opening Outlook. I am provided random options of 4 users. After taking a clip, the window does not automatically open to be used. It has to be opened from the taskbar. This app should have been combined with Paint to allow features such as text inserts to easily annotate snips. Is there a way to get the old Snipping Tool back?

    :)
