Windows 10: Snipping tool Issues, Windows 11 "the picture can't be displayed", office programs

Hello, I have a reoccurring bug where the first time I paste a snip into office programs, it shows either:- "This image can't be displayed" with the red Xor - it will only show the top part of the image, the bottom will be cut off, usually around 2/2 way down and will be transparent.If I paste the same image again literally just press ctrl v for a second time, can be a split second later the image pastes fine.This seems to happen to about half the images I paste. I have noticed this in word and powerpoint.I have tried repairing and reinstalling both snipping tool and microsoft 365I haven't s

Please try this:

Step 1:

Click Start, and type Snipping Tool.

Right-click Snipping Tool from the search results, and click App Settings

Click Reset,

Click Repair.

Note: In Windows 11, there is no Snip and Sketch. It comes pre-installed with the new Snipping Tool (which replaces the old Snipping Tool and Snip & Sketch apps)

Step 2:

Turn off Focus assist if it's enabled

Step 3:

Open Services.msc and make sure that the following services are set to "Automatic" and running:

• Windows Push Notifications System Service
  
• Windows Push Notifications User Service
  

 

Snipping Tool not working

I have upgraded Windows 10 to Windows 11 through the official release in Windows Update settings. Afterward, my favorite program, Snipping Tools, has stopped running. When I try to run this program, the "This app can't open" message is shown on my display. The program says "A problem with Windows is preventing Screen Snipping from open. Refreshing your PC might help to it". I don't want to reinstall Windows 11. Can someone suggest any solution to fix this issue? Please do not scant your help!!!
