Windows 10: Snipping Tool not working

I have upgraded Windows 10 to Windows 11 through the official release in Windows Update settings. Afterward, my favorite program, Snipping Tools, has stopped running. When I try to run this program, the "This app can't open" message is shown on my display. The program says "A problem with Windows is preventing Screen Snipping from open. Refreshing your PC might help to it". I don't want to reinstall Windows 11. Can someone suggest any solution to fix this issue? Please do not scant your help!!!Thank you

• Click "New"

Snipping Tool stopped working

To resolve your concern about the issue, please follow the steps below:

• Right click on the Task Bar, and select
  Task Manager.
• Look for Snipping Tool, and click the End task button.

Snipping Tool Enlarging Images

Hi Heather,

Snipping Tool has various options on how you can capture images in your computer. To change it to normal snipping, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows + S to open Search Box.
• Type Snipping Tool, then click it.
• Click New.
• Click the drop-down menu in New.
• Select Rectangular Snip.
