Windows 10: Snipping Tool Shifts Screens after clicking "New"

This is a new problem over the last few weeks. So, as far as I am aware - nothing has changed but this behavior. I have three screens. When I click the 'new' button within the Snipping Tool dialog box, the middle screen enlarges. When this happens, it covers part of the right screen and the enlarged size extends below the viewpoint on the screen. This is causing difficulties.


I've included a screenshot of this in action. The red box demonstrates how the middle screen is overlapping the right screen.


Why is this happening and how can it be resolved. TIA

The easiest way to make a copy of something is to take a snapshot of your screen by using the Snipping Tool. You can use it to save and share news stories, movie reviews, or recipes. To access the Properties and set a shortcut key for the Snipping Tool, you
can follow the steps below:

• Press the Windows key.
• Type Snipping Tool.
• Right-click on the Snipping Tool
  result, and click Open file location.
• Right-click on the Snipping Tool shortcut, and click
  Properties.

If your Snipping Tool isn't working correctly, you could try resetting it. Here are the steps to do so:

- Click Start and type "apps & features".

- Select Apps & Features.

- Find the Snipping Tool (or Snip & Sketch) in the list and select it.

- Click Advanced Options

- Click Reset.

After you've done this, try rebooting and using the Snipping Tool again.
