Windows 10: Snipping Tool

When trying to use snipping tool entire screen goes gray and won't show what I want to snip.

In Win10 type Snip into the search box in your primary monitor toolbar. Snipping Tool will show up at the top of the list.

can follow the steps below:

• Press the Windows key.
• Type Snipping Tool.
• Right-click on the Snipping Tool
  result, and click Open file location.
• Right-click on the Snipping Tool shortcut, and click
  Properties.
