Windows 10: Snipping tool

Whenever I click the Snipping Tool , the screen goes blank (black screen) . I have the same version of Win 10 and the EXACT same apps and programs on another PC ("PC 2") which is also right next to me. I use both PCs side by side.



I have no problem using Snipping Tool on PC2 . But on the other PC , screen just goes blank. I have checked display settings and assure I have newest updated display drivers. The display does not seem to be the problem. My settings for Snipping Tool are also the same on both PCs.



I would be very thankful for help, suggestions .... ideas.

• Open the snipping tool
• Click "New"
• etc.

In Win10 type Snip into the search box in your primary monitor toolbar. Snipping Tool will show up at the top of the list.
