Windows 10: Snipping Tools File

When I press Win key+Shift+S, and I take a screenshot, It usually saves to: Pictures-Screenshots. For some reason, now it doesn't save to that folder, so I don't know where to access the screenshots. Does anyone know where it saves, and if I can choose where it saves? BTW I don't want it to save to my clipboard, I want it to save to my file

The easiest way to make a copy of something is to take a snapshot of your screen by using the Snipping Tool. You can use it to save and share news stories, movie reviews, or recipes. To access the Properties and set a shortcut key for the Snipping Tool, you
can follow the steps below:

• Press the Windows key.
• Type Snipping Tool.
• Right-click on the Snipping Tool
  result, and click Open file location.
• Right-click on the Snipping Tool shortcut, and click
  Properties.

Snippet Tool will snip but snip doesn't show up in a test email

I realize the inconvenience you are experiencing with Windows 10. I will certainly help you.



I would like to inform you that Snipping tool is a desktop app and not a Windows Store app.

All the Windows Store apps will be listed in All apps list and not desktop app.

Regarding the sending attachment emails of snipped imaged, follow the steps below and check if it helps.

1. Open Snipping tool.

2. Then click on New button and then imaged will be shown in the snipping tool.

3. After that click on File button on the top left side of the app and click on
Send to.

4. Click on Email Recipient.
