Windows 10: so after resetting microsoft store because it cant download stuff ,it keep showing loading...

Thank you for the update. The results show that the Windows Store cache may be damaged. In this case, we suggest that you clear and reset Store cache. Windows 10 includes a built-in utility called
WSReset to clear and reset the Store cache. Note that clearing and resetting Windows Store cache will not remove your installed apps or your Microsoft account info associated with the Store app. You may follow these steps:

• Type cmd in the search box, then select Command Prompt.
• Type: WSReset.exe
• Allow the process to complete, then restart your computer.

OVI store upgrade - My Stuff not shown

Tried qtfix files but no avail, getting unable to retrieve my stuff list, when i go to my account, i'm seeing applications,games,etc, and their info and download button, i tried downloading small file, very small programs ,it shows loading as if its stuck
on loading,apparently behind the scenes it downloads the program and installs it automatically, then it quits ovi store, or takes u back to homescreen ,when u check applications, the app u selected is downloaded to ur phone but my stuff isn't showing.......
