Windows 10: So basically valorant is giving me an error code for TPM 2.0 i need it and secure boot.

Now first of all I already checked and my secure boot is on. Secondly, I checked and I do not have TPM installed. What i came here to ask is for guidance on how to navigate my windows 10 to get to bios settings and after that how to turn on TPM. P.S im on an old intel laptop if that helps Thanks.

Whenever I try to run valorant I get an error code telling me I do not have secure boot or TPM 2.0, but I do. I have done the thingy where you click the BIOS key and get to some settings area countless times, watching videos telling me to enable things I already have enabled. Images show the settings thing. I don’t know what else to do. I have restarted my PC (obviously), ran Valorant as an administrator, and reinstalled Valorant. Recently, I got another error code telling me that my secure boot doesn’t meet the requirement. Not sure if that’s important. I’ve watched pretty much every video there is on this and I have gone to reddit + the official valorant discord + valorant support team (hasn’t gotten back to me yet). This is my last hope. Please help me.

Try typing tpm.msc into the Run command instead.

You should see - The TPM is ready for use in the Status section of the Window that opens.

"I got another error code telling me that my secure boot doesn’t meet the requirement."

- As you can see in your image. Secure Boot is disabled.

Is your BIOS set to UEFI or CSM ? If CSM (very possible if you 'upgraded' from Win10>11) you need to change it to UEFI for TPM to function

(If your C:\ drive is not using the GPT partition table you will need to convert it from MBR to GPT).

- Have you installed the most recent BIOS for your motherboard ?

Apparently TPM was added and enabled by default with version 1.8.

Update any other motherboard driver versions that are more recent than what is currently installed while you are there.

Secure boot and tpm 2.0 for van 9003 error.

Hello,

I am trying to play valorant and I keep receiving the same error message (van 9003).

I've checked my tpm and it's on version 2, I have BIOS mode on UEFI, but my secure boot state is off. I've also gone into recovery mode and did the advanced start up to try and enable the secure boot state there, but it says it's enabled there. Is there something else I can try?
