Windows 10: So here's the mess I'm in

So far I've been having a hellish experience with windows 10 and after a recent update some things have been happening. One thing I noticed was the sudden inability to access the action center along with the inability to access the sound setting in the task bar. Both of those settings for some reason are not working. Action center wont open, sound wont open, and also wifi won't open. I don't cruise around on porn sites on this machine, I dont go to sketchy websites. After a recent update it seems like some things have broken. I tried a system restore and that ended with an error. I'd go to microsoft directly but I know that's going to go nowhere fast. Everything else seems to work just fine which has me thinking it's the update and not my machine directly.

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
