    So how do I fix my laptop if I have my recovery key but the id that is with it doesn’t...


    I have been locked out of my laptop for a while now, I recently found where to find my bitlocker recovery key but the ID that is attached with it doesn’t match the one shown on my bitlocker screen… So i’m not sure what to do.

    Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    How do I get a recovery key ID? My laptop got locked and I need a recovery key to unlock it.

    Bitlocker recovery key ID

    I changed my email address and had to wait 30 days to get my recovery keys. When i went into Microsoft to get the recovery key, the display showed a different key ID. I think j have more than one device with this email address. Hiw do i get the recovery
    key for the other device tvst is not listed?
