Windows 10: So i did a "Reset this pc" and my pc wont boot

So i did a "reset this pc" and my pc wont boot now i does not even go to the login screen only thing i see is my motherboard name on my screen for a few secunds and then it goes black and over and over again i did not touch my pc and it just keep reseting from the only screen i see it did not happen before i resetted my pc i could not even do the pc setup after the "Reset this pc".I can go into bios but cant do nothing else Please help.

With your board to reset you need to move the jumper to the other pins then turn on the PC, you wont get any video and stuff, then leave that for like 5 seconds then turn it off and put the jumper back.

I tried changing my FSB/CPU multiplier to 10 and changing the FSB to 260, I was also supposed to change the HTT multiplier to 4, but I couldnt find it, and so I thought it might be the CAS frequency...

saved & rebooted


PC wont get pass boot up, have to jump the CMOS switch everytime I wont hte pc to boot! yes, every time!

PC wont boot up (No POST, No Video)

I recently installed a new Asus M5A99X Evo r2.0. The motherboard green LED lights up and the case and cpu fans spin. But there is no video when its hooked up to my monitor.

Steps that i have tried:
"No POST", "system won't boot", and "no video output" troubleshooting checklist

Made sure all connections are properly connected.

Flashing the CMOS

Tested the PSU

Followed all steps in the user manual

If there are any links that you guys can point me to or suggestions that could help it would be highly appreciated. Thank you
