Windows 10: so I have problem, the point is that my laptop asked for the bitlocker code

so I have problem, the point is that my laptop asked for the bitlocker code, so I put it, first time it gave me a blue screen which I think it was the blue screen of death, after that I put the code again but this time the laptop showed me the trouble shooting "page". Now what should I do?. Because every time I put the code trouble shooting pops out and in the trouble shooting page I can't do nothing.

1.)once I open and turn on my laptop it directly takes me to a blue screen asking for the bit locker code

2.) I never even knew what a bit locker code was until that day, I never set up any code on my laptop

3.) when I sign in, it says that there is no available code and that is weird because is set up my laptop with that email/account

• Did you notice any changes on the computer recently?
  
• When you say, you have a problem with your Surface machine about BitLocker key, do you mean that the surface machine asks you to enter the BitLocker key to allow you to sign into Windows?
  
• Does the other computer ask you to enter the BitLocker key to allow you to access the files saved on it?

Bitlocker Randomly Enabled

Hi,

On my personal Lenovo laptop, Bitlocker somehow randomly was enabled. I have not enabled it, and I followed the recovery steps without luck. It seems that it was enabled during an update. I logged into my Microsoft account, see that the laptop is listed, but there is no bitlocker key listed. I am at a loss on what the next steps might be for me to be able to log into my computer at this point.
