Windows 10: So i need help on how to fix this

Hi windowsso you guys respectfully fucked me soo hard right now because i had files after files stored in my documents but because of your windows update that you guys forced on me to do i did and it deleted all my work for my job my cv etc and my uni tasks how can you guys even do that you guys just messed up months of work for no reason at all.
