Windows 10: So, I want to attach a spreadsheet to an email

but spreadsheet says no link to email..go to settings...so go to setting, defaults...mail...and only option is microsoft edge..cannot link outlook or gmailthey don't appear as an option, but I understand these are web based so won't work.This means in spreadsheet I can not send a copy via email ?Is there another way to attach a spreedsheet to an email ?

To attach a document file on an email, you can follow the step given below:

For Windows 10 Mobile:

• Launch to File Explorer app.
• Press and hold the file that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select Outlook Mail on the suggested applications.

For Windows Phone 8.1:

• Download and install
  Files app.
• Launch Files app.
• Tap and hold the document that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select the Mail app on the suggested applications.
