Rounded Title Borders on Windows 10?

Hello, I've noticed that certain applications on my Windows 10 computer running in the background have a rounded border similar to Windows 7's. Recently I've installed a Video Game on my computer that has these rounded borders, yet no other applications
with the exception of the ones running in the background have this border. Is there any way I can force all of my applications to use rounded borders? I really enjoy the Windows 7 look of them.

Same comment here. I also have an expanded list of all "apps" in my start list. Someone suggested Classic Shell. I tried it for a while but would rather just clean up the Start provided with Windows. If there's a way to get rid of the expanded Apps list, I'd like to try it.
