Windows 10: So I was just charged 106 dollars for a family subscription i did not sign up for on my...

So i was just charged 100 and something dollars on paypal for a microsoft 365 subscription that was activated in the last month- i do not use my paypal for any sort of subscription service and didnt sign up for anything with 365 because I am on my parents plan and do not need a seperate one. Who can i contact to both dispute this charge, cancel any subscription and recieve a refund?

broken "family member needs to sign in"

Parental controls stopped working. Family.Microsoft.com has alert: "Your family member needs to sign in to their Windows 10 device AngLaptop2014 for family features to work.

But the "how to fix this" says

• Select Accounts > Family & other people
• Under Your family, select your family member, then select Allow
• Have your family member sign in with their Microsoft account if asked to

And the steps don't apply. The account is already allowed, and there is no option to change that.

Now what???

Just to make sure, please check once again if the subscription has been canceled or not. here are the steps:

Sign in to Services & Subscriptions with the account you used when you purchased your subscription. Find your Realms subscription. select Manage.

And also kindly please check all your Microsoft accounts and then sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services
