So i'm 15 and can't leave my microsoft family. This means i can't play games. The games i'm talking about are sea of thieves and minecraft. I've tried to fix this before and i thought it worked. But now i'm having the same problem again.

microsoft store games won`t play

when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

the splash screen appears then goes

I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.

 

Leaving Family Group

hello, i have been trying to play a game but it says im in a family group. i went to check the family group app and it shows that im an organizer and that im the only one in the family, and so i tried to leave but there was no option for me to leave even though ive looked at all the solutions possible. i downloaded the app on my phone and i checked the settings of my app and there was an option to delete my account, does that mean im deleting my whole microsoft account or im just deleting my account off of the microsoft family?

 

Can`t load html5 games

Hello
Hope someone can help but I can`t load html5 games from facebook or desktop, They start to load then just stop no error,
I used to be able to play them but for some reason they don`t on all browsers as I tried them.
They work fine on my other pc but not got a clue why on my main one.
Windows 10 21H2 all updates till july.

It happens on facebook games as well like the casino ones.
