Windows 10: so irritating MSN community guide's line

no matters what you write you can't comment back to any preexisting comment as it didn't falls in community guidelines which is frustrating.now see this is one of comment by user named Aprna "If she wanted to speak in hindi only mam should stay in North . Hindi was proposed but never accepted as national language , So get over yourself and learn sanskrit. if not have some respect and learn the local language". Now how this comment passed community guidelines which trageting a specifically to a perticular region or people and if trying reply her with this simple line "South people are not
