    So is Microsoft asleep at the proverbial wheel?!?


    How is it that I am able to mirror image myself while streaming to countless numbers of people but I want to a video diary and I have to learn how to move like I am standing behind the camera? I don't get it? I know it is probably just me but Is it so hard to add that to the existing software? I pay enough to have this OS it should be as good or better than my what will now be my next computers OS.

    Microsoft Modern Mouse (Bluetooth) Scroll Wheel not working.

    the scroll wheel on my Microsoft Modern Mouse (Bluetooth) stopped working. I have done all troubleshooting steps: system updates, installed Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse Center, disconnected mouse and reconnected. Nothing has worked yet. Haven't yet tried
    it on a different PC. Don't have another Microsoft PC. Have a MacBook, but not sure the mouse can work on that. Any suggestions?

    How to disable keyboard when laptop is asleep?

    Hi,

    In order for us to assist you regarding the issue on disabling your keyboard when your laptop is asleep. Kindly follow these steps:

    • Open an elevated command prompt.
    • Type in the command below and press
      Enter      .
    powercfg -devicedisablewake "exact name of your keyboard"


    For example, “Logitech HID-Compliant Keyboard”

    • When finished, close the elevated command prompt.

    Let us know how it goes.
