Windows 10: so many ControlSet

hello, i have windows 11 home. when i open regedit it shows so many ControlSet like thisis this normal for my laptop?

• Press ‘Win + R’ keys together on the keyboard to open the Run dialog and type the following into the Run box: REGEDIT

This will open the Registry editor you.

• Navigate to the following Registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet\Control\Session Manager

• On the right pane, look for the value BootExecute. Right click BootExecute and modify the value data to
  ‘autocheck autochk’.
• Close Regedit, restart the machine and try running the Check Disk command.

Very slow boot on Win10 with SSD after creators upadte

Yes l can and will help. I endured this problem and was sent diving though hoops with all these fixes an d suggestions, finally i was going through old pc magazines and found this in the November 2017 issue. As soon as I read THIS step i knew my problems were over ! I have copied and pasted the step verbatim here. The no again to PC Magazine for ending nearly a year of frustration, please pass it around ( include Microsoft) so they might have a clue also.

10. Disable ClearPageFileAtShutdown and LargeSystemCache

Remember 1 = On 0 = OFF ; turn both OFF

 

Slight screen Flicker

Screen problems are mostly caused by graphic drivers,suggest you check Reliability History for an entry which mentions TDR [timeout detection and recovery].
The default time is 2 seconds and is given in milliseconds in the registry---HKLM\system\controlset 001\control\graphic drivers---
This can be changed,if you enjoy messing with the registry.
I suspect,but cannot prove that the 4k monitor is most likely to be the culprit.Please be aware I have not had any dealings with these new monitors,so treat the above with scepticism.
The only other suggestion is to uninstall/reinstall the display adapter driver using Display Driver Uninstaller [DDU] in safe mode.
In the search box,type in---dxdiag---and use the driver version given on the display page.
