Windows 10: SO many glitches....

So, I have a laptop that is five months old and has got so many software problems since day one its not even funny. Especially since the last update. I know have a laptop that at random will not recognize the attached keyboard to allow me to log in. Then I have to restart the computer at which point I am greeted with a blue screen. I tried a factory reset which resulted in my losing not only my Office 365 subscription, but also several other programs and files even though I selected the keep my files and programs. This is on top of the overly slow run speed, constantly having to run defragment to keep the computer running, Synaptics mouse pad driver problems ignored by Microsoft. Any help with these problem would be great.


As a side note:I spent 7 years with a Mac Book Pro and never had any problems. I had hoped to be pleasantly surprised by Windows 10. Instead I have had nothing but frustration, problems and poor customer service. I am not at all impressed especially with the lack of privacy, forced updates that hijack my computer at terrible times yes I have it set but Windows ignores my settings, and highly unfriendly to users. I look forward to replacing it with a Mac OSX Computer as soon as possible. I'm sure I'll catch flak for this but Windows 10 sucks.

Glitching After Updating To Windows 10

Hi Ahsiek,

Display errors might have caused by an incompatible drivers. For us to isolate the issue, we would like to know the following:

• What is the
  build number and version of your Windows?
• When you say glitch, does it mean that the screen flickers?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• What is the make and model of your Windows 10 laptop?

In the meantime, we suggest that you update the graphics driver of your Windows 10 by following the steps given on this article:

Minor Upgrade Glitches


My b11102 just upgraded to b14267.

My PC exhibited a couple minor upgrade glitches.
The glitches this time:

• No mouse
• K-Lite had to be reinstalled (after W10 displayed a pop-up about every video extension)

After a reboot, the mouse has returned and everything else seems to be working OK.

 

WILL I LOSE MY FAVORITES LIST FROM IE11 IF I CHOSE MICROSOFT EDGE FOR MY BROWSER?

No, you will not loose your favorites' list.

With regards to glitches, I suggest you to follow the below step.

Update the display adapters.

Update the Display drivers:
Step 1. Press Windows and X keys together.

Step 2. Click on Device Manager.

Step 3. Display Adaptor

Step 4. Right click on the graphic driver and tap on update driver through windows update and check if it helps. And for more information I suggest you to refer the link below.
