Windows 10: so my game not run on gpu it onlying run cpu plz hlep me

so i play game i know American Truck Simulator and Farming Simulator 22 not useding my gpu i went it on gpu

Forza Horizon 4 running only on CPU

So i have noticed that forza horizon 4 has only been running on my CPU and not my GPU which i saw that my CPU was at 90-100% when playing because of this and has caused alot of frame drops. My specs are a gtx 1070 and a i7-6700k and i have already reintalled
the game and also gone in nividia control pannel and made it set to the gpu and done the same in windows settings and have seen 0 inprovement. I need a solution to this.

- When you say 'ive tried troubleshooting', what are you referring to?

- Did you check in compatibility mode?

I suggest to run the game in compatibility mode by following the steps below and check if it helps.

• 
  Right click on the ‘Setup’ icon for the game and click on properties.
  
• 
  Under Compatibility tab, check the option for ‘Run in Compatibility mode’.
  
• 
  Select Windows 8.1 from the drop down list.
  
• 
  Click on Apply and then OK.

Trying to run a game and it shows "D3D11-compatible GPU (Feature Level 11.0, Shader Model 5.0)".

Trying to run valorant and it shows "D3D11-compatible GPU (Feature Level 11.0, Shader Model 5.0)". I have tried everything i found online such as redownloading the game, updating drivers and windows update, even redownloaded all visual c++ files yet it is still showing me the d3d11 error. Is there any fix for it? my specs are listed below:

• CPU: intel i5-2540M 2.60GHz
  
• GPU: Intel HD 4000
  
• RAM: 4GB
