Windows 10: So my high-end gaming pc looks fine, but whenever I run a game, the whole pc starts lagging...

Hello! Well, it has been a week, I never thought I will ever have to "Ask" the internet, but I guess I couldn't find any solution for this whole week. SO as I said, everything looks fine, based on tests, task manager, performance monitor tests during the huge lag, no warning no errors in RAMs when I used windows test, Memtest64, and Memtest86. I am using 2 monitors and whenever I run a game, and move to the second monitor to use Discord it even lags! I try to type but it doesnt show anything until 10 seconds later. Then I go back to the game which is running by 0-20fps, and it is not stable

PC lags a lot in big games

In games if the stuff in the game is bag after a few minutes (I think depending on the game) my pc will lag a lot not like just the game my whole pc and its there forever so if I close the game and re open it the game will still lag but if I restart my pc its fine. Note: I already did a system recovery so if that's a solution then I already did it.

 

I restarted the PC then game worked fine with the charger also but after sometime it started to lag again on both chraging and on battery.
