so my lap top updated, it now tells me im roaming and will not siync up,,, what can we do

Dell lap top problem

The Dell lap top starts up and then after a minute shuts off. It told me to go to this site "recoverykey.faq. what is my next step to correct this problem?

I suggest you to perform the below methods and check if it helps.

Method 1: Hardware Troubleshoot

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Sound. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Audio

Refer these steps:

  Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
  
• 
  Run the playing Audio troubleshooter
  

Check if it helps.

Memory Capcity Desk top vs Lap top

Desk top has 913 GB

Lap top 910GB

As far as I can telling searching, digging through both devices files - they have the same "stuff" stored/downloaded.

Why would the desk top have on 38GB free and lap top have 787GB?

I am sure I am missing something (obviously) - but what could it be?

I will more than likely need to buy more memory for the desk top, but this is really bugging me.
