    Windows 10 Pro: Organization

This issue I believe is connected with my other problems. My PC is running an activated copy of Windows 10. However, there seems to be this glitch where it is tied and connected with an organization where certain settings are managed by the organization.
I can't run the Windows Store or Specific Windows Apps. I can't turn on Windows Defender.
