    user access account, blocks ond prevents me from making any changes to my windows 10, blocks have only one button N, after making a restore with out loosing files, now my computer is a mess, do too all actions
    are blocked. HELP NEEDED, Thank You Otto

    Unable to un-select Windows 10 update in Windows Update

    My Dell computer has incompatibilities with Windows 10, so I restored back to Windows 8.1. I have received a number of windows updated and noticed that the Windows 10 selection is checked and is blocked from unchecking. What is the work around to this?
    I can't update any of the files if Windows 10 also updates.
