  1. So whats the deal with these new "19H1 and H2" versions of Windows 10?

I need to send a USB to a friend with Windows 10 pro key and ISO so he can build his first computer and i haven't touched my computer in a year and I last used 1809 to build my computer, so I have no idea what is up with these non redstone ISO versions

I don't want my friend to deal with instability issuses as he is not very computer savey so I wanna give him the most stable ISO version of Win10, so what would that be? Even if it means he has to do a lot of windows update downloading

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
