Windows 10: Soft locked Dell G5 Gaming laptop

I've had this laptop for years now, the integrated monitor broke years ago, and I recently yesterday night did a full reset. The problem is that the pc is only accessible via LAN or through an external monitor, I haven't been able to access bios so I can load windows onto it. It was supposed to do it itself, but windows ran into an issue, so now the pc just wants to reset every time I start it and I can't access bios to load windows because of hardware issues. I've already disconnected the internal monitor, but now it won't turn on, so I have to re-open it and take a look. I will add pictu

Run the Dell Support Assist and see if it notes any needed driver updates. What is the specific model number for your G5, there are several different models. I looked at one G5's Dell download list and no USB drivers which suggest the default Microsoft drivers are all that are available. Do not use the driver sites, especially on a Dell as it has proprietary hardware and drivers. Many times the driver sites will install older version or incorrect driver versions. For example, Dell's require the Dell model specific Realtek sound driver as it works in conjunction with Waves MaxxAudio pro. MaxxAudio only works with the Dell sound driver. One of the MaxxAudio functions is audio jack detection. Although this is a great support forum, Dell has support forums with user experts. Technical Info for Dell 512GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD in G5 laptop?

To know what brands are the SSDs that Dell uses in a specific computer, look in the webpage that lists the drivers and downloads updates available for that computer. For the G5, it appears they´re using Toshiba SSDs.

I am thinking of buying a Dell G5 'gaming' laptop with a 512GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD.
I've decided on a G5 due to it's better cooling.
I will be upgrading from a Windows 8.1 Dell Inspiron.
This will be my first laptop that does not have standard SATA Hard Drive.
Does anyone know how reliable the Dell SSDs are and what the total number of P/E cycles they have?
I was thinking of getting a laptop with a 256GB SSD and 1TB SATA Hard Drive but I don't need 1TB of storage.
512GB SSD would be enough for everything.
I'm worried about reliability. I've never had (touch wood) any hard drive fail before.
