Windows 10: Software and click spamming

Hello to everyone!Since some weeks my computer is freaking out... I tried to format and clean the PC from all sensitive data and sospicious apps. I launched malwarebytes defender and scanned all, windows defender too. But there's something else escaping from the malwares/viruses scan. Practically when I turn on the PC, it starts to spam something randomly after a few seconds. It spams everything: google chrome opening, discord, the play/pause button of Netflix, everything it can spam it does. I would appreciate your help.Thanks to all.

You need to look at the “View installed Updates” screen to see the list of recently installed updates.

Follow these steps to view installed updates:

  Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Programs and Features”.

You can move to spam folder all day long and you get the same unwanted emails the next day. What a piece of crap. I'm about to go with a Chromebook or Apple. Microsoft sucks more and more.
