Windows 10: Software blockage

Hello!I gave my laptop for repair on the 12th of February, 2024. Before the repair, the keyboard functioned but I had one big update pending for over a month. After the repair, when I restarted the PC, it blocked my keyboard and mouse. Also, after formatting, the keyboard stopped working completely. I am able to operate the laptop through my touchscreen.I believe that the update affected my PC hardware by blocking it to work in the device.I am sure that the Microsoft update is preventing me from using my licence and I am unable to operate.It seems to me that there is no hardware problem with m

Bandlab Install Snag: Windows Firewall Blockage

At the very first step in the Install Windows threw this warning.
Am I assuming correctly that if I check "Private Network..." all features will be available and that I not be facing any security risks?

Change Folder Icon in Windows 10


I just acquired a new laptop running Windows 10 and am trying to change the icons of the folders in the StartUp "Program" folder so that they would stand out a little better. I used my admin account and followed all the steps listed above, but when I clicked on "Apply", nothing happened. The same basic windows folder icon remained attached to the folder. I also tried to go into Properties and capitalize some of the folder names, but that didn't work either. Looks like something is protecting them, but I cannot figure out what it is much less how to get around this blockage, Any suggestions?
