Windows 10: Software Crash event id 1000 and 0xc0000005 with alternating module faults

Hello! I just recently installed some software called Clip Studip Paint ex onto my system. The Launcher for this software refuses to stay open: It will appear on screen for a second, then will close due to an error. I have tried all the solutions provided by the company on their help page.Looking at the Event viewer, I'm given two seperate logs. VM Server 2016 - Event 1000 0xc0000005 app miprvse.exe, fault module OLEAUT32.dll

Hello All,

We have a virtual Server 2016 at work. Which keeps reoccurring event 1000. So I would like to investigate. Where is this coming from? Do we need to take up any measures? is this high impact? how to resolved if needed.

Would anyone assist me with this please?
