Issue Description:I am experiencing frequent crashes while openning an application such as Dota 2. The error message displayed is:"The instruction at 0x00007FF688B54E83 referenced memory at 0x000001CBSB190000. The required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of 0xc000000e."Sometimes, the game crashes with this error, while other times, it leads to a Blue Screen of Death BSOD.Troubleshooting Steps Taken:Upgraded my RAMUpdated Windows to the latest versionReinstalled the softwareChecked system integrity and hardwareDespite these steps, the issue persists.Request for

This issue might have happened due to the hardware replacement on your device.

Step 1: I suggest you to install all the pending updates on your device and check if it helps.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

Step 2: Also, contact your device manufacturer's website and update the BIOS drivers to check if the issue persists.

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.

after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step
