Windows 10: ¿Software dañado?

Hola, estaba intentando hacer mi PC algo más rápido. Cambie las configuraciones de rendimiento, desfragmente el disco y mientras tanto, Desinstalaba aplicaciones, sin embargo el PC se reinicio sin ningún motivo aparente y ahora no quiere iniciar Windows de ningúna manera. E intentado con sfc /scannow pero me dice que está protegido. Y aunque logré abrir la recuperación del sistema, está tardando mucho, ¿que hago?. Cómo recupero mi información y logro abrir Windows de nuevo. Porque pasó esto?

ADO 2.5 Required (windows 10)

Hi all! It's my first thread here.
I want to know if anyone has solved this issue:





I installed a program in windows 10 (it works in w7), and when i execute it shows this message: "...have installed ADO 2.5 or higher"

 

Groove Music, and Movies & TV App Do Not Install/Update

• Is your PC connected to a domain or managed by a Windows Server PC?
• Are you signed in as the administrator when you updated both apps?
• Have you tried the steps that John Ado provided last January 8?

We advise performing the steps present in the link that John Ado provided in order to isolate if the issue is due to a corrupted user account. Name the new user account as "Test" for distinction and see if the issue continues.
