Windows 10: Software determining hardware overclocking integrated into Windows 10!

Since when did Microsoft think it was a grand idea to "Put a Cap" on the performance of my Ryzen 3800, or my G.Skill Ram? I'm not really happy that Microsoft has taken it upon themselves to just slip in some protective software into my pc to try and govern how I choose to run my pc. Do you guy's realize this could very well turn into a giant lawsuit? Cause I will be doing some research into it! I've spent a lot of money to get at least near the advertised boost clocks of my cpu and because of your **** OS, I can't do that with out encountering your annoying frowny face which really doesn't do my character any favors!
