Windows 10: Software Download direct/defaults on Deleted User

hello again, long story short I accidentally deleted my user files when trying to move it to another one. It was unfortunately unfixable and i can only take it as a lesson for the future. anywho my main problem is that when im trying to redownload some softwares that previously wont work properly for this example ill be using VS Code it just fails on the setup due to it being directed/defaulted to my old User, is there a way to redirect it to the correct new one? thank you.and also uninstalling the old version wont work either

Deletion of Default folder under Users folder

I'm using windows 11 and accidentally deleted a Default folder under Users, no system backup was performed prior to these. The Default folder is permanently deleted any chance to restore it back. Will it effect already created users??

Any suggestion would be more then helpful !!

Remembering that I used revo uninstaller to completely uninstall by deleting the registry and files then reinstall vscode as Administrator.
