Windows 10: Software Error

Hello guys, today I encountered a my problem in my new laptop. The problem was that, I found it greeted me in my default name, but surprisingly, it showed me a message "Can't sign in to your account." On the notification bar, it showed that I was signed in to my new temporary profile. Besides, all the apps, programs and documents I make us of theses everyday have got deleted. Besides, my Google and Microsoft icons and accounts have disappeared and then I had to sign in again. . Then I thought restart can help me solve the problem, but it only made the a problematic loop. I tried Reset and Backup, but it didn't worked at all. So, as I am typing in my PC, can anyone help me fix this that either can I fix the problem or should I hand my Laptop to the laptop repair center near my house. I need a helpful reply as fast as possible.

harddrive error testing software

Well so far in the past two days I've had 3 lock ups followed by an error saying "a disk read error occurred"

I need some type of software to test my harddrive and make sure it's ok.

Suggestions?

Computer randomly has black screen and restarts

Taco this could be software also. Before you get all crazy, do as Erocker suggested. Find out the error in the Event Viewer. Look for the faulting module and the error code itself. Also check the reliability monitor. At the bottom it will have "View all Error Reports". Post a screen of whats in there if anything.

This could be a simple as a bad driver install.

ALSO have you downloaded or installed anything lately? STAY OUT OF THE DAMN BIOS UNTIL WE KNOW THE ERROR! lol. I know you. Baby steps boy, baby steps.
