Windows 10: Software installation

I have a problem installing software to support something I used on my previous computer. I have asked the manufacturers for advice, but they have declined to help, saying instead, "We advise to check the official Microsoft forum, https://support.microsoft.com/, for the best solution for your computer, as this involves your computer's settings."The problem is this: I have looked out a Trust Stylus Design Tablet from about 8 years ago and tried to download the software to use it with my new computer. I cannot install the program, because "An administrator has blocked you from running this app.

Install Diablo 3 on Linux

Just install PlayOnLinux? Why did they make step 2 and 3 of this "tutorial"?

Anyway, looking at the supported software list for PlayOnLinux, D3 is a step in the right direction. Lack of gaming is a factor for a lot of people when deciding on an OS, if more recent games get ported it may help migrate them to their preferred choice.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
