Windows 10: Software installer must run as administrator or there is a problem

My computer has only one account and it's an administrator account. I have UAC disabled.

If I want to install something, I must run it as administrator or it pops a window says "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package.A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run..."

I did some research, some say that should add administrator right to TEMP folder which I already have.

Any solution to this?

As per the description, I understand that after upgrading to Windows 10, Internet Explorer will open only in Administrator mode on the system.

I would suggest you to refer to the suggestions provided by
“Ajesh D Souza” replied on May 15, 2013 in the following Microsoft Community link.

IE 10 will only open in Administrator mode.

Note: The Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature might reset security settings or privacy settings that you added to the list of Trusted Sites. The Reset Internet Explorer
Settings feature might also reset parental control settings. We recommend that you note these sites before you use the Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature. Resetting Internet Explorer isn't reversible, and all previous settings are lost after reset.

The above steps holds good for Windows 10 as well.

Internet explorer must be run as administrator

After installing windows 10 I can only open Internet explorer as the administrator. Anyone know how to fix this?
