    Software issue with Turtle Beach Stealth 500X Wireless Headphones


    These work fine without running the software, but when running the latest version of Ear Force Audio Hub, v.8.6.2 it is partially disabled and shows their are firmware updates it must have before I can use it fully. I would like to be able to use the software and update the headset, but no matter what I try when I get to the plugging in the headset stage the app crashes with "An Unexpected application error occurred" and the app closes. I have tried every solution from the manufacturers website and every other known fix I can find on the internet, including a compatibility one from here all to no avail. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

    Turtle beach stealth 300 mic not working on pc

    I have the turtle beach stealth 300 and the splitter cable for pc but the computer cant pick up the mic well need advice

    Issues watching videos when I use my Turtle Beach Stealth 450

    I don't know if it is Windows 10 or the headset but I did not have this issue until I upgraded to Windows 10. I am unable to watch videos on windows based video players (Such as Windows Media Player, Movies and TV and the Xbox App) with my Turtle Beach
    Stealth 450 Headset. The headset is wireless and connects to my computer via USB. Funny thing is if I unplug the USB dongle, load the video and then plug the USB back in I can watch the videos with no issues. I tried reaching out to Turtle Beach but no response
    yet. Currently I think it is a driver problem but if anyone knows of a possible solution for this problem it would be greatly appreciated.
